SAMAnvaYAM Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of SAMAnvaYAM websites, apps, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Services") operated by Kameswara Raviteja Vadrevu ("we", "our", "us").

1. Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms under applicable law. If required by local law, minors may use the Services only with valid parent or guardian consent.

2. About the Services

The Services provide digital tools, content, reminders, and user-personalized experiences. The scope and features of the Services may change over time.

3. No Professional Advice

The Services are for general informational and personal-use purposes. They do not provide medical, legal, financial, or emergency services unless explicitly stated.

4. Accounts and Security

If you create an account, you are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping account/device access secure.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and use that content to operate, secure, and improve the Services.

Family trees. If you add relatives to a tree and share it, you confirm that you may share what you add with the family members you invite, that you will not add a child's details without a parent's or guardian's agreement, and that you will not add content that is false, abusive, or about a person who has asked not to be listed. The tree's admin and moderators may approve, deny, or remove entries and members; we may remove content or accounts that break these Terms. Everyone on a shared tree can see the whole tree. See section 2.5 of the Privacy Policy for what is shared and how removal works.

7. Paid Services (If Any)

If paid plans or subscriptions are offered, pricing and billing terms are shown at purchase. Renewal, cancellation, and refunds follow applicable purchase-channel terms and law.

8. Intellectual Property

The Services, including software, design, trademarks, and content (excluding your submitted content), are owned by or licensed to us and protected by law.

9. Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate third-party tools or infrastructure. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, legal requirements, security reasons, or abuse.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Total liability is limited as permitted by law.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from third-party claims arising from unlawful use of the Services or breach of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time and will update the "Last updated" date.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Andhra Pradesh, India have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your local jurisdiction requires otherwise. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
